Had 3 basement windows replaced.
Arrived on time. Completed job within time frame they said they would complete it in. Nice crew. Cleaned up all areas in which they worked in. I feel the job may have been slightly overpriced but, I had used window world in the past and know they stand by their warranty so, I accepted the quoted price. Overall, I am pleased.

The Window World team did an excellent job helping me choose colors and explaining siding options. Their installation team was very friendly, professional, prompt and in constant communication with me throughout the process. They had to deal with frequent thunderstorms and still managed to keep ahead of the schedule. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! They cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving. The only thing left behind was a perfect job. I’ve already had several neighbors comment on how beautiful my house looks. Thanks for a job well done!

We’ve had Window World windows for 15+ years. The quality is excellent. Only had an issue with a spring that failed in two different windows on two different occasions. Also had a cracked window from debris hitting it. In all these incidents the service was exceptional. Each service person that responded was professional, polite, knowledgeable. Response times to fix were exceptionally quick as well. All of these issues were free because of the lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend WW of Southwest Va. for all your window needs.
